Transportation
See the attached document for transportation logistics. This includes airport pick-up, travel from the hotel to the venue, and airport drop-off. Contact Sarah Beyer for carpooling and airport pick-up/drop-off questions (or if you are a driver and would like to volunteer for a time slot on Friday to drop people off at the airport as indicated in the document).

Fee
For all non-MA Church Planters or Recruits the overnight collaborative fee is $305 (this includes all meals, events, and a shared hotel room). If you are local and do not need hotel accomodations the day collaborative rate is $140 (this includes all meals and events only).
